This is a mixed vegetables curry, to be served with dal and rice .

Ingredients to make Poriththa kuzambu

  • Mixed vegetables [onion, carrots, beans, peas] 2 cup
  • salt
  • Sambar powder 1 tea spoon
  • Pepper powder 1 tea spoon
  • Urd dall 2 tea spoon
  • oil
  • hing
  • Cooked durdsll 1/2 cup
  • Kari leaves
  • Kafuku 1 tea spoon

How to make Poriththa kuzambu

  1. Cut vegetable & sambar powder, salt,& Hing cook
  2. Pepper ,urd dall fry in oil
  3. Add coconut grind smooth paste
  4. Add cooking vegetable
  5. Add cooking dall
  6. 1 tea spoon rice floure with water add vegetable
  7. Cook 5 minutes
  8. Kaduku, u.paruppu fry oil add
  9. Add kari leaves
