Ingredients to make kaleji masala fry

  • mutton liver 250 gm in small cuts
  • tomatoes 300 gm
  • ginger I inch
  • Garam masala powder 1 tspn
  • chilli powder 1 tspn
  • coriander powder 2 tspn
  • cumin seeds 1/2 tspn
  • oil 6 tspn
  • salt to taste

How to make kaleji masala fry

  1. wash liver pieces.
  2. Chop tomatoes.
  3. in a pan add oil . add cumin and chopped ginger
  4. add spices and salt cook well
  5. add liver pieces cover and cook till 15 minuets more .
