Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. One small cup toor daal
  2. One small cup chana daal
  3. One small cup moong daal
  4. One small cup black urad daal
  5. One small cup rajma n kaabli chana
  6. Finely chopped tomato one cup
  7. Finely chopped onion one cup
  8. Green chilli garlic ginger paste
  9. Rai
  10. Jeera
  11. Turmeric
  12. Red chilli powder
  13. Garam Masala powder
  14. Dalchini sticks 2
  15. Laving 5
  16. Salt
  17. oil
  18. Curry leaves..

Instructions

  1. Soak all lentils in water for 1 hrs,soak rajma,kabli in water for 8 hrs
  2. Add laving,dalchini in cooker..Boil all in pressure cooker for 15 min till 4 whistles.
  3. See if daal r well cooked..
  4. Take a pan..Add oil,rai jeera.....Cook till crackles..
  5. Add onion n saute till brown..
  6. Add green chilli ginger garlic paste
  7. Add grinded tomatoes puree..Saute for few min
  8. Add turmeric,red chilli powder,garam masala
  9. Now add cooked daal..N one cup water..Let it cook for ten min..
  10. Finally I have given smoking charcoal effect by burning it n placing the charcoal in a bowl in the container having daal with one spoon ghee pouring on charcoal n closing the lid for five min..Ready to serve.
