Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Leftover chana daal tadka ( cookked )
  2. 1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste
  3. 1/4 teaspoon red chilly powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoon panchforan ( cumin seed,, mustard seed, fennel, fenugreek,carrom seed)
  5. Oil as requirement


  1. Heat 2 teaspoon oil in a pan
  2. Add panchforan and let it crackle
  3. Then add garlic ginger paste and red chilly powder
  4. Saute for two minutes
  5. Now add daal and saute till mixture is dry
  6. Grease a plate with oil
  7. Spread the mixture in the greased plate and let it cool
  8. Now cut the spread mixture into small pieces as u like
  9. Once again heat the sufficient oil in a pan
  10. and allow to deep fry all the pieces
