Cornmeal Raab

Ingredients to make Cornmeal Raab

  • ghee 1 tbsp
  • Cornmeal 2 tbsp
  • buttermilk 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • chilli powder 1-2 pinch
  • Roasted jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  • pepper powder 1 pinch

How to make Cornmeal Raab

  1. Warm ghee in a pan, add corn meal and roast for a while.
  2. Add red chilli powder, salt, buttermilk and stir till it boils.
  3. In a pan, roast cumin seeds and make a coarse powder of it.
  4. Add roasted cumin powder and white pepper powder in the raab and serve hot.

My Tip:

We can also make raab with wheat flour and pearl millet flour .
