Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Ghee 1 tbsp
  2. Cornmeal 2 tbsp
  3. Buttermilk 1 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Chilli powder 1-2 pinch
  6. Roasted jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Pepper powder 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. Warm ghee in a pan, add corn meal and roast for a while.
  2. Add red chilli powder, salt, buttermilk and stir till it boils.
  3. In a pan, roast cumin seeds and make a coarse powder of it.
  4. Add roasted cumin powder and white pepper powder in the raab and serve hot.
