  • all purpose flour 1 cup
  • semolina 2 tsp
  • butter 100 grms
  • Suger 1/2 cup
  • cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • salt a pinch
  • Baking powder 1/2 spoon
  • almond chopped few
  • Parchment paper

How to make Hydrabadi nankatai biscuits

  1. Beat butter in whisker or hand blender then add powdered sugar then beat it till soft creamy
  2. Now seive dry ingredients all purpose flour, roasted grm flour, rava, baking powder, salt, cardamom powder in to butter cream and Mix well
  3. Kneed gently don't over kneed it must be like roti dough consistency
  4. Now make small small balls then garnish with chopped almond
  5. Now arrange in baking tray on parchment paper
  6. Now pre heat oven at 180 ° and bake it for 15 min
  7. You could feel Awesome aroma all over in your house
  8. Its ready cool it in cooling rack
  9. Serve it with tea or ave just like that .. enjoy
