Chicken Cheese Kasturi Kofta

Ingredients to make Chicken Cheese Kasturi Kofta

  • For chicken balls,500 gram chicken mince
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 2 whole red chilli
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 4 to 5 black pepper corn
  • 5 to 6 chopped garlic
  • 1/2 inch ginger chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped corriender
  • 3 to 4 cloves
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 black cardamom seeds
  • For Gravy, 1/2 cup fresh methi
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp dry Kasuri methi
  • 1 cup whisked curd
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh cream
  • 1/4 cup proccesed cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 5 garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 green chillies nicely chopped
  • salt as pe taste
  • 2 tbsp oil for cooking
  • 1 tbsp fresh corriender chopped for Garnish

How to make Chicken Cheese Kasturi Kofta

  1. Take chicken mince in a mixer jar add salt and other chicken balls ingredients in it and Blend it till creame smooth paste not to add water in it
  2. Once done make balls of this grind mixture and keep aside
  3. Now boiled the washed and fresh methi with water, when done dip in cold water
  4. Now heat oil in pan add cumin seeds, after it add chopped garlic and chopped green chillies and saute for 10 to 12 seconds
  5. Remove all water from boiled methi and add this and stir it
  6. Now add whisked curd in this methi mixture and continue stir till boil
  7. Once boiled add salt and chicken balls in it cover it and cook it for 12 to 15 minutes or till balls completely cook
  8. Add milk,cream,black pepper powder in a bowl and mix
  9. Now add this in chicken and methi balls mixture,stir continue and again cook for 4 to 5 minutes
  10. When add done finally add dry kasuri methi and cheese in this mixture and cook till cheese completely dissolved
  11. Sprinkle fresh chopped corriender for garnish at time to serve
  12. Now Chicken Cheese Kasturi Kofta is ready to serve
  13. Serve hot for more taste,serve with naan ,kulcha or chappati.
