Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For stuff kulcha
  2. Refind flour 2 cup
  3. Curd 1/2 cup
  4. Baking powder 1 tbsp
  5. Baking soda 1/2 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Sugar 1/2 tbsp
  8. For stuffing:-
  9. Paneer (crumble) 1 cup
  10. Onion 1 chopped
  11. Green chilli
  12. Butter 5 tbsp for garnish kulcha
  13. Black sesseme seeds 1 tbsp
  14. For chole masala:-
  15. 1 cup soak chole
  16. Tomotao puree 5 tbsp
  17. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  18. Turmeric 1/4 tbsp
  19. Corriender powder 2 tbsp
  20. Chole masala 2 tbsp
  21. Imli puree 2 tbsp
  22. Salt to taste
  23. Oil 6 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1st knead dough from given ingredients.rest it for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. In a bowl add paneer,green chilli,salt& onion.mix it properly
  3. For chole masala:- cook chole till 5 whistle
  4. Add oil in pan , tomatoes puree
  5. Add spices& imli puree.
  6. Add boiled chole .Cook 10 min .
  7. After 15 minutes .Take a portion of dough , flatter it and fill stuffing of paneer& onion
  8. Seal it .And slightly roll it . Otherwise do with hand.
  9. Heat handle tawa
  10. On kulcha spread little water ,put sesseme seeds & corriender.
  11. Flip it ,&apply water. Put on tawa .Make sure .Kulcha is stick on tawa.
  12. On low flame turn tawa& cook kulcha
  13. Apply ghee or butter while serving
