Ingredients to make Punjabi Stuff kulcha&Chole

  • For stuff kulcha
  • Refind flour 2 cup
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tbsp
  • baking soda 1/2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • sugar 1/2 tbsp
  • For stuffing:-
  • paneer (crumble) 1 cup
  • onion 1 chopped
  • Green chilli
  • butter 5 tbsp for garnish kulcha
  • Black sesseme seeds 1 tbsp
  • For chole masala:-
  • 1 cup soak chole
  • Tomotao puree 5 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • turmeric 1/4 tbsp
  • Corriender powder 2 tbsp
  • Chole masala 2 tbsp
  • imli puree 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil 6 tbsp

How to make Punjabi Stuff kulcha&Chole

  1. 1st knead dough from given ingredients.rest it for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. In a bowl add paneer,green chilli,salt& onion.mix it properly
  3. For chole masala:- cook chole till 5 whistle
  4. Add oil in pan , tomatoes puree
  5. Add spices& imli puree.
  6. Add boiled chole .Cook 10 min .
  7. After 15 minutes .Take a portion of dough , flatter it and fill stuffing of paneer& onion
  8. Seal it .And slightly roll it . Otherwise do with hand.
  9. Heat handle tawa
  10. On kulcha spread little water ,put sesseme seeds & corriender.
  11. Flip it ,&apply water. Put on tawa .Make sure .Kulcha is stick on tawa.
  12. On low flame turn tawa& cook kulcha
  13. Apply ghee or butter while serving

My Tip:

You can bake it at 180℃ for 10-12 minutes
