ABOUT Tomato Carrot Juice RECIPE

Today is the first day of fall and the plants are still thriving. You will be seeing a few more tomato recipes until the frost sets in. Tomato juice is something that I make rarely because the others in the family do not favor it a lot. To make it more healthy I have added carrots to the juice this time. Of course you will not be able to taste the carrots and if you have picky eaters who can tolerate tomatoes, do sneak in the carrots. You can strain the juice if needed, but I did not. You will love the vibrant color of the juice and the taste too. Off to the recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 Tomatoes
  2. 2 Carrots
  3. Sugar as needed


  1. Boil the carrots. Blanch the tomatoes, remove skin and chops coarsely
  2. Add the carrots and tomatoes in a food processor and blend well.
  3. Serve chilled or as desired
