Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. for marination chicken= 250 grams
  2. salt 1/2 tea spoon
  3. black peppar= 2 teaspoon
  4. soya sauch = 2 teaspoon
  5. red chilli powder=1 tabelspoon
  6. ginger garlic paste= 1 tabelspoon
  7. egg= 1
  8. corn starch = 20 gms
  9. all purpose flour= 30 gm
  10. oil for deep fry
  11. for sause cashews = 12/15
  12. dry red chili= 2/3
  13. onion = 1 chopped
  14. cupcicum = 1/2 chopped
  15. ginger garlic paste=1teaspoon
  16. tometo ketchup =50 milli litter
  17. soya sauce= 1 teaspoon
  18. red chili sauce = 1tabel spoon
  19. suger= 1 tea spoon
  20. coriander leaves 1/2 bunch for garnishing
  21. water 3 tabelspoon
  22. salt as a tast

Instructions

  1. for marination= In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well to combine.
  2. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat suffcient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry chicken until golden brown.Drain it on absorbent paper.
  4. For sauce= Heat oil in a pot add cashews, 3 dry red chilli and fry till the cashews turn golden brown.
  5. Add chopped onion,capcicum,and toss well in the oil.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and saute for a minutes.
  7. Now add 1 tabelaspoon red chilli sauce,50 milliletter ketchup,1 teaspoon soya sauce,2 teaspoon suger,1/2 tea spoon salt,and mix well.
  8. Add 3 tabelapoons water and cook this for couple of minutes till the water evaporates and sauce thickens.
  9. Now add in the fried chicken and toss well in the sauce.
  10. Mean while check the salt.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  12. Serve hot.
