About Rajasthani lounji Recipe

Lounji is basicly Traditional rajasthani dish.it made by grated raw mango.it gives you sweet& tangy flavours.

Rajasthani lounji

Ingredients to make Rajasthani lounji

  • 200 gm grated Raw mango
  • jaggery 100 gm
  • oil 5 tbsp
  • Black sesseme seeds 1 tbsp
  • red chilli POWDER 1 TBSP
  • turmeric 1/4 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Mustrd seeds 1/2 tbsp
  • Assfotieda 1 pinch
  • Black salt 1/2 tbsp

How to make Rajasthani lounji

  1. Heat oil,add assfotieda & mustard
  2. Add sesseme seeds & grated raw mango
  3. Cook 4 min
  4. Add spices & jaggery
  5. Cook 5 minutes in low flame.
  6. Your lounji is ready

My Tip:

You can add sugar 6 tbsp instead of jaggery
