Children's favourite tomato long!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 medium sized red tomatoes
  2. ¼ teaspoon Saunf (fennel seeds)
  3. ¼ teaspoon Kalonji (onion seeds)
  4. 4 tablespoon sugar (to taste)
  5. ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
  6. 1 tablespoon oil
  7. A pinch of Haldi (turmeric powder)

Instructions

  1. Cut tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. Secondly, heat oil in the pan. Saute the onion seeds, fennel seeds and Haldi.
  3. Add tomato pieces, chilli powder, sugar and mix it well in medium flame for 4-5 minutes
  4. Now it's ready! You can serve it with Paratha or roti!!
