Ingredients to make paneer parantha

  • kneaded wheat flour dough as per as you need
  • salt to taste
  • garam masala half teaspoon
  • haldi a pinch
  • tikhalal a pinch
  • greated paneer as you need ( i had taken 1 bowl)

How to make paneer parantha

  1. take the paneer and mix along with all the spices
  2. take a smaal amount of dough and fill the stuffing to it and roll it in round shpe
  3. heat a pan add the parantha when a little brown then flip then add oil and flip again
  4. decorate and serve with butter or dahi or aachaar
