Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. लाल भोपळा किसून 1 वाटी
  2. दूध 1 वाटी
  3. साखर 2 चमचे (आवश्यक वाटल्यास)
  4. कंडेन्स दूध 1 वाटी
  5. ड्रायफ्रूट 1 चमचा

Instructions

  1. लाल भोपळा किसून दूधात शिजवला ,पिठी साखर टाकली
  2. मिक्सरमधून बारीक वाटून घेतले
  3. कंडेन्स दूध टाकून 5 मी. गैसवर मिसळून घेतलं घट्ट झाल्यावर
  4. ड्राय फ्रूट टाकून मिसळून घेतलं
  5. फ्रीजरमध्ये ठेवून गोठवले
