GRAPES AND CURD KULFI

Ingredients to make GRAPES AND CURD KULFI

  • curd - 500 gms
  • Milk - 1 liter
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Green grapes - 20

How to make GRAPES AND CURD KULFI

  1. Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 4 - 5 hours in a freeze,now we get thick curd.
  2. Heat milk in a heavy bottom vessel till thick.
  3. Once the milk is reduced to 1/4 add sugar and mix well and take off from the flame
  4. Whisk the thick curd and add in the milk,add grapes and mix well.
  5. Pour it into air tight container or kulfi mould and keep in the freezer for 4 - 5 hours.
  6. Serve chilled.
