Water melon juice....1ltr
Instant gelatin...20gm
Water melon shell

Instructions

Scoop out the flesh from water melon shell.
Make juice of it & boil it for few minutes.Mix instant gelatin till no lumps.
Now take water melon shell & pour the juice mixture in it.Any types of mould can be used.Make it cool in room temperature.
Then keep it in fridge for at least 1 hour for set.
After an hour take out from fridge & cut it into pieces.
