Choco fruits cone is a sweet dish loaded with goodness and flavour of different fruits and curd.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 bread slices
  2. 100 gm Dark chocolate compound
  3. 1 small cup chopped fruits ( i used banana, black grapes and watermelon)
  4. 2-3 tbsp yogurt
  5. 2 tsp sugar or honey
  6. 1/2 cup whipped cream
  7. 1/2 Tsp Vanilla essence
  8. Some cherries
  9. 1/2 tsp cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. First trim the crusts off the bread and roll the trimmed bread slices out super thin.
  2. Seal the rolled bread slices with water and cut off the extra portion of the bread by using scissors.
  3. Now bake the cones for 5-7 mins at 200℃ and keep aside.
  4. Break the chocolate compound into pieces and place them in a microwave proof bowl, heat at 100℃ power for 1 min. Remove the container from the oven, mix the contains well. Repeat this step until the chocolate is nice and melted. Dip the cones into the melted chocolate to coat all the sides of the cones.
  5. Now keep the chocolate coated cones into the fridge for 20-25 min.
  6. Now beat the whipped cream until fluffy, then add vanilla essence and mix it with the cream properly.
  7. Now take a bowl, add sugar and chopped fruits. Mix it well and keep aside.
  8. Fill the bread cones with curd mixture and top them up with cream, cocoa powder and cherries.
  9. Now serve chilled and enjoy.
