Chatpata Tindora/ Tindoli

Ingredients to make Chatpata Tindora/ Tindoli

  • Washed and vertically chopped IvyGuard 250 grams
  • oil 1 tablespoon
  • mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  • jeera 1/2 teaspoon
  • Crushed garlic 2 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • salt to taste

How to make Chatpata Tindora/ Tindoli

  1. WASHED AND VERTICALLY CHOPPED IVYGUARD, MUSTARD SEEDS,JEERA, CRUSHED GARLIC,RED CHILLI POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE
  2. HEAT 1TABLESPOON OF OIL,ADD 1/2 TEASPOON MUSTARD SEEDS AND 1/2 TEASPOON JEERA
  3. ADD 1-2 TEASPOON OF CRUSHED GARLIC,1/2 TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER AND 1 TEASPOON CORIANDER POWDER
  4. ADD 1 TEASPOON RED CHILLI POWDER AND 2 CUPS OF CHOPPED IVYGUARD
  5. ADD SALT AS PER TASTE AND MIX WELL
  6. ADD 1/2 CUP OF WATER AND MIX WELL
  7. COOK COVERED ON LOW TO HIGH HEAT FOR NEXT 5-10 MINUTES, CHECK IN BETWEEN
  8. TASTY TINDORA CHATPATA IS READY
