Fish egg fritter is a very common recipe in the Eastern part of India. It is a very easy, simple yet delicious recipe that goes well with normal daal-chawal.

Ingredients to make Fish egg fritters

  • Rohu fish egg 1/2cup(washed)
  • Soaked poha 2tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • Rice flour 2tsp
  • Chopped onion 1/2
  • Chopped green chilli 2
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1tsp
  • sugar 1/2tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • oil 2tbsp

How to make Fish egg fritters

  1. ADD EVERYTHING TO THE FISH EGGS.
  2. ADD 1TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE.
  3. MIX EVERYTHING WELL.
  4. HEAT 2TSP OIL IN A NONSTICK PAN AND PUT 1TBSP OF THE MIXTURE LIKE THIS.
  5. COOK TILL BOTH SIDES TURNED CRISPY.
