Fish egg make pokora and cook into gravy

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fish egg - 200gm
  2. Onion - 2
  3. Besan - 3 tbsp
  4. Green chilli paste 1tsp
  5. Turmeric powder -1 tsp
  6. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  7. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  8. Ginger paste 1 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Mustard oil - 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil into kadhi and fry slice of Onion till light brown color.
  2. Make a paste In a bowl, add besan, ginger and green chilli paste 1/2 tsp each and salt.
  3. Make a thick batter now and clean and wash egg fish in to better and deep fry into same oil .
  4. Heat oil ,add ginger and green chilli paste add powder spices and saute.
  5. Now add water and Onion paste stir ,add fry fish egg pokora.
  6. Add salt to taste, cook till gravy dry and oil left .
