ABOUT Masala fish RECIPE

This receipe from my mother-in-law.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 whole Fish ( whatever you like)
  2. 1/4 cup lemon juice
  3. 1 tbs garlic paste
  4. 1/2 tbs Ginger paste
  5. 1 tbs red chilli powder
  6. 1 tbs coriander powder
  7. 1/2 tbs turmeric powder
  8. 1 tsp black salt
  9. 1 tsp chat Masala
  10. 1 tbs turmerind pulp
  11. 1/2 tbs cumin powder
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish thoroughly with water, then Pat dry.
  2. Mix all spices and paste together.
  3. Marinate fish with spices mixure ,and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  4. Heat 4 tbs oil in a big pan aur kadhai, add Marinate fish and rest Masala mixure.
  5. Fry fish on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes,or both sides golden brown.
  6. In between turn and fry both sides.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.serve and enjoy.
