Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated green mango - 1
  2. Sugar - 3 cup
  3. Flour - 1/2 cup
  4. Refined flour - 1/2 cup
  5. Suji (samolina) - 2 tbsp
  6. Green food colour - 2 drops
  7. Green mango essence - 2 drops
  8. Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
  9. Milk - 1 cup
  10. Refined oil as required


  1. At first grated green mango is blunched with water and drained out the water.
  2. Then it is cooked with 1 cup sugar till the mixture looks like gelly.
  3. Take a bowl and make a thick batter with Refined flour, Suji (samolina) ,fennel seeds ,flour and milk .
  4. Then mix it with mango mixture, Green food colour and raw mango essence.
  5. Stir it well
  6. Then make a sugar syrup with 2 sugar and 1 cup water in a pan.
  7. Take a another frying pan and heat the oil.
  8. Then pour the mixture in a ladle and it to the heated oil for fry.
  9. Fry it well.
  10. Then put it into the sugar syrup for 10 minutes.
  11. Then serve the the delicious GREEN MANGO MALPOA.
