A very healthy and palatable dessert with any seasonal fruits of choice.A soft yet creamy base of digestive busicuits crush and butter .A topping of mixed fruit salad and creamy vanilla custard.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 500 ml milk
  2. 2 tblspn Vanilla custard
  3. 1 bowl of mixed fruits of choice
  4. Here i took grapes,orange apple banana,&mango
  5. 2-3 tblspn sugar
  6. 3-4 digestive busicuits


  1. Boil milk
  2. Add 2 tblspn custard powder in half a cup cold milk making slurry
  3. Add the custard mix to boiling milk ,stir while adding this slurry
  4. Cook stirring 5-8minutes,cool and refrigrate
  5. Now take choice of fruits
  6. Wash and chop all fine
  7. Keep in fridge
  8. Have the custard and fruits ready
  9. Break digestive biscuits, crush coarse
  10. Add 1tblspn butter mix well and make base
  11. Top above base with fruits
  12. Now add spread of prepared vanilla custard
  13. On this then add the rest of the fruits
  14. Garnish with slices of apple
  15. Set well in fridge for minimum of ten minutes
  16. Now to serve scoop out from bottom to top
  17. Serve cold
