This mango pie is traditionally made with pie crust.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For Pie Crust :
  2. 250g All purpose Flour
  3. 225g cold butter (cubed)
  4. 2 tbsp powder sugar
  5. Pinch of salt
  6. 1tsp chilled water
  7. For filing :
  8. 2 mangoes (cut in to small pieces)
  9. 2 tsp Cornflour
  10. 3 tbsp powder sugar
  11. 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  12. 5-7 drops lemon juice


  1. For pie crust, add all purpose flour, powder sugar in a bowl. Add butter and mix it well. Add chilled water and make a tight dough. Put it in polythin bag and keep it in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
  2. For filling, add all ingedents in a bowl and mix it well.
  3. Divide pie dough in to two parts, roll the one part of pie dough and arrange it in greeced pie mould and make small holes with the help of fork, bake it on 160d for 10 min in preheated oven, then add mango filling.
  4. Roll other part of pie dough, make design (as you wish), then arrange it on mango filling in pie mould, bake it on 160d for 30 to 35 min in the oven.
