Chili Paneer

Ingredients to make Chili Paneer

  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • sugar 2 pinches
  • salt as per taste
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • tomato Ketchup 1 Tbsp
  • Dry mango powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Main ingredient
  • paneer 200 grams
  • capsicum 1 big sized
  • onion 3 medium sized
  • tomatoes 2 medium sized
  • Green chilies 2 to 3

How to make Chili Paneer

  1. CUT 3 MEDIUM SIZED ONIONS AND 1 BIG SIZED CAPSICUM IN SQUARE SHAPED PIECES.
  2. NOW CUT 2 MEDIUM SIZED TOMATOES ROUGHLY CHOPPED , HALF POD OF GARLIC AND 2 TO 3 GREEN CHILIES
  3. ADD 2 TBSP OIL IN THE WOK AND HEAT IT UP.
  4. NOW ADD ONIONS AND CAPSICUM AND SAUTE IT FOR 3 TO 4 MINUTES
  5. ADD CHILI POWDER, SUGAR, TURMERIC , SALT,CHILI GARLIC SAUCE,TOMATO KETCHUP AND DRY MANGO POWDER.
  6. NOW ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES AND GREEN CHILIES AND STIR FRY. ADD CORIANDER POWDER IN IT.
  7. ADD CUBE SHAPED PANEER AND MIX IT WELL. LASTLY ADD PEPPER POWDER AND STIR IT FOR FEW MINUTES.
