I made this mango cake with coconut and serve with marinated masala mango

Mango chilli coconut cake

Ingredients to make Mango chilli coconut cake

  • For cake---
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 cup whipped cream
  • 2 drops of Yellow colour
  • 1/2 cup coconut powder
  • 2 drops of Green colour
  • 1 tsp oil
  • Salt and chilli powder for marination
  • 4 mango slices
  • 1/2 chop mango pieces
  • 1 tsp flour

How to make Mango chilli coconut cake

  1. Make mango puree
  2. Beat butter and sugar
  3. Sieve flour and baking powder
  4. Mix mango puree in butter mix
  5. Add vanilla essence
  6. Now add flour mix
  7. Preheat ovan
  8. Grease pan
  9. Pour batter in pan and bake for 25 min at 180 degree
  10. After baked cool it
  11. Take whip cream and crumb coat it
  12. Put in freeze for set
  13. For marination---
  14. Heat oil in pan add salt and chilli powder turn off gas
  15. Add mango slices and let them marinate
  16. Wrap in coconut powder
  17. And cook in pan again and set aside
  18. Take cream and add 2 drops of colour
  19. Take out cake from freeze and coat with cream unevenly
  20. Because we want to shape it as a flower
  21. Put mango pieces in center of cake
  22. Add green Colour in coconut powder
  23. And place it near cake and upon cake
  24. And put marinated mango slices upon it
  25. Sprinkle coconut powder
  26. Serve
