Ingredients to make Schezwan Pasta Pakoras

  • 2 cup 80% cooked pasta
  • 1/4 cup schezwan sauce
  • 2 onion small cubed
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup semolina
  • 1/4 cup besan
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • salt
  • oil for frying

How to make Schezwan Pasta Pakoras

  1. TAKE 2 CUPS PASTA COOKED TILL IT'S AL DENTE, ADD 2 CHOPPED ONIONS, 1/2 CUP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP SCHEZWAN SAUCE, MIX WELL
  3. ADD 1/2 CUP RICE FLOUR, 1/4 CUP EACH OF GRAM FLOUR & SEMOLINA
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP WATER, MIX WELL
  5. DERP FRY SMALL BALLS OF BATTER IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  6. DRAIN ON ABSORBENT PAPER
  7. SERVE HOT WITH KETCHUP
