This pickle is tasty as well as healthy .agood source of vitamine C.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Amla 500 gram
  2. Mustard oil 200ml
  3. Nigella seeds 1tea spoon
  4. Mustardseeds 2table spoon
  5. Fennel seeds 2table spoon
  6. Red chillies 12nos
  7. Carom seeds 1tea spoon
  8. Coriander seeds 4table spoon
  9. Turmeric powder 1table spoon
  10. Fenugreek seeds 1tea spoon
  11. Peppercorns 10_12
  12. Salt 2table spoon
  13. Salt 2table spoon.

Instructions

  1. After washing ,boil amla for 2_3minutes,and drain.
  2. Spread on a plate and dry by any cloth or simply keep in sun light for 10_15 minutes
  3. Meanwhile dry roast all the spices exept nigella seeds and salt.
  4. Grind the spices.
  5. Put amla in a ceramic jar/bowl,mix all the spices,salt and nigella seeds
  6. Pour over mustard oil
  7. Tie the jar by a muslin cloth and put it in sunlight for 10 days
  8. After that pickle is ready.
