About Mango Cake Recipe

Mangoliciously Delicious mango cake , prepared from, fresh mango pulp and everything easily available at home, and lastly garnished with pure mango puree .. aahhh it's just yum

Mango Cake

Ingredients to make Mango Cake

  • all purpose flour or refined flour 2 cups
  • Powder sugar 1 and 1/2 cup
  • mango puree 2 cups for cake batter
  • mango puree as per need for garnishing
  • Beaten eggs 2
  • mango essence 1 teaspoon
  • Melted butter 3/4 th cup
  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  • baking soda 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Mango Cake

  1. In a mixing bowl take melted butter, mango essence and beaten eggs
  2. Beat well till froathy and fluffy , add 2 cups of Mango puree and beat again
  3. Take all purpose flour , baking powder , baking soda and powder sugar
  4. Sift through a sieve 2-3 times , to create aeration
  5. Add sifted flour and sugar dry material in to beaten liquid mixture , in small quantities
  6. Gently mix and fold all sifted flour and liquid mixture , in to a smooth homogeneous batter
  7. By the time prepheat oven on 200 degrees for 10 minutes
  8. Grease a oven safe dish with some oil or butter and dust it with some flour
  9. Pour the ready cake batter into greased baking dish
  10. Bake it for 20-25 minutes on 180-200 degrees
  11. Check in between
  12. Allow the cake to cool for some time and then demould
  13. Pour the remaining Mango puree on it and garnish with some chopped canned cherries or tutty fruity
  14. Serve and enjoy endlessly the Yummylicious Mangoliciously delicious Mango Cake

My Tip:

Sugar can be adjusted more or less , depending upon the sweetness of mango
