Ingredients to make Gulkand dry fruits lassi

  • 2 spoon almonds
  • 1 spoon cashew
  • 1 spoon gulkand
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1.5 glass curd
  • 1/2 glass milk
  • 2 spoon cream
  • Some rose petals

How to make Gulkand dry fruits lassi

  1. Put almonds and cashew in mixi jar and grind them.
  2. Now add sugar and gulkand and also blend it.
  3. Finally add curd , milk , cream and grind for sometime to make lassi fluffy.
  4. Pour into the glasses and garnish with rose petals and chopped almonds.
