Ingredients to make Gulkand Fruit Rabdi

  • 1ltr full cream milk
  • 1 bowl anaardana
  • 1 bowl orange deseeded
  • 2 tblsp Gulkand
  • 1tspn ellaichi powder

How to make Gulkand Fruit Rabdi

  1. Boil milk in a heavy or non stick wok.
  2. When it comes to boil simmer the gas.
  3. Now after every 5 mins stirr it.
  4. When starts getting thick that means it is now getting done slowly slowly.
  5. Now add gulkand.
  6. Mix it and stirr it.
  7. If need sugar than u can add 2 tblspn sugar.
  8. Now add ellaichi powder in it.
  9. Add half cup malai or cream in it so that it becomes more soft.
  10. Adding malai is option.
  11. Now let it cool down.
  12. Take a bowl or cup and pour the rabdi.set it.
  13. Now spread one layer of anaadana.
  14. Then again one layer of rabdi.
  15. Then again one layerof deseeded orange.
  16. Then again layer of rabdi .
  17. And last layer of anaardaana.

My Tip:

Sugar and malai are optional.
