About Mango paratha Recipe

This paratha has a mix of both sweet and spicy taste. Try this out at home and enjoy the summer with mangoes.

Mango paratha

Ingredients to make Mango paratha

  • Wheatflour 1 cup
  • mango Puree 1/2cup
  • cumin seeds 1/2tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/2tsp or more according to taste
  • salt as per taste
  • oil as needed

How to make Mango paratha

  1. Make a soft dough by mixing all the ingredients except oil.
  2. Rest the dough for 10mins.
  3. Divide the dough into equal sized balls.
  4. Roll into thick paratha with the help of rolling pin.
  5. Heat a tawa and cook the paratha till brown spots appear on both the sides. Apply oil in between.
  6. Take it out.
  7. Repeat the same process for all the parathas.
  8. Serve hot with any chutney, raita or curry.

My Tip:

You can use ghee in place of oil.
