About Mango pomegranate popsicles Recipe

A super tasty eye-catching ice pops recipe of mango, pomegranate & lemon juice. Make these creamy, healthy and tasty mango pomogranate popsicles before the mangoes are all gone. Not only for kids but a treat for whole family.

Mango pomegranate popsicles

Ingredients to make Mango pomegranate popsicles

  • mango 1
  • Pomogranate seeds 1 cup
  • sugar 4tbsp or as needed
  • lemon juice 2tbsp or as needed

How to make Mango pomegranate popsicles

  1. Peel and chop mango roughly.
  2. Blend with 2tbsp sugar and 1tbsp lemon juice.
  3. Take popsicle moulds and pour the mango mixture till half.
  4. Keep in the freezer for 2-3hours or till sets.
  5. In the meantime blend pomegranate seeds and 2tbsp sugar. Strain.
  6. Add lemon juice. Mix well.
  7. Take out the moulds and pour the pomogranate mixture.
  8. Insert popsicle sticks into each mould and keep in the freezer for 3-4hours or till sets.
  9. Just before serving run the moulds under running water and gently release the popsicles.

My Tip:

Add sugar according to your taste or depending upon the sweetness of the mango and pomogranate.
