This can be made instantly with few ingredients and very healthy as sugar is not used. These are quick to make and taste like eating a meetha Paan.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Paan leaves 2/3nos
  2. Saunf 4tsp
  3. Dhania daal 3tsp
  4. Magaj seeds 2tsp
  5. Dessicated coconut 4tsp
  6. Almond 8/10
  7. Dates 10seedless
  8. Gulkand 3tsp
  9. Colorful saunf 2tsp
  10. Rose petals dry few

Instructions

  1. Dry roast saunf, dhania daal, magaj seeds separately and grind separately to a coarse powder.
  2. Grind almond to coarse powder too.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  4. Grind paan leaves and dates together.
  5. Add this mixture to the above along with gulkand. Mix well.
  6. Adjust consistency of the mixture to make balls.
  7. Make lemon size balls and roll on dessicated coconut.
  8. Keep in the refrigerator for few hours and serve.
