Dry Fruit Potato Puff

Ingredients to make Dry Fruit Potato Puff

  • potato 2 boiled
  • almond 4 tbsp chopped
  • raisins 4 tbsp
  • maida 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • oil 1/4 cup
  • Suji 1/4 cup
  • Carrom seed 1/2 tbsp

How to make Dry Fruit Potato Puff

  1. Add maida, suji, oil, salt, carrom seed in a bowl.
  2. Take warm water and put slowly slowly and make a tight dough.
  3. Cover it and leave for 30 minutes.
  4. After 30 minutes knead it again.
  5. Divide it in four parts.
  6. Take one roll and roll it with rolling pin.
  7. Cut all corners with knife and make a square shape.
  8. Turn little from all four side. then turn backward.
  9. mix potato salt, red chilli, almonds, raisins, in a bowl and mix.
  10. Place the 2 tbsp mixture in middle of the square.
  11. Take all four side in middle and lock it with black pepper.
  12. put this in greesed microwave plate and plce in micro for 4 minutes on high.
  13. Served with Ketchup and green chutney.
