Lebu lonka murgi(lime chicken)

Ingredients to make Lebu lonka murgi(lime chicken)

  • chicken 500gm
  • onion juice 1-2cups
  • ginger garlic juice 2tbsp
  • Green chillis 4-5pcs
  • curd 2tbsp
  • coriander powder 1tbsp
  • lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Crushed peppers 2tsp
  • salt to taste
  • lime leaves 4-5
  • Cardamam 4-5pcs
  • bay leaves 2pcs

How to make Lebu lonka murgi(lime chicken)

  1. Marinate chicken with Curd, onion juice, ginger garlic juice, lime juice coriander powder, crushed pepper.keep it in fridge for an hour.
  2. Now in a pan , heat oil and use cardamom , bay leaves.
  3. After that use marinated chicken , mix it properly.after that cover it with a lid.
  4. Give it a stir in between.if needed then you can use some more onion juice or coriander powder.
  5. While the chicken is almost done, use some lime leaves and switche off the gas.cover it with the lid so that the aroma remains there.
  6. Serve it with hot white rice.
