Fruits and ice creams are the “in things” during summer; so here’s yet another yummy combination of a fruity ice creme

3 ingredients Jackfruit Ice Cream

Ingredients to make 3 ingredients Jackfruit Ice Cream

  • 1.5 cups deseeded finely chopped ripe jackfruits for blending+100 gm
  • 3:/4 cups water
  • 2 cups heavy creme
  • 1.5 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 10gm of each : raisins and nuts each serving

How to make 3 ingredients Jackfruit Ice Cream

  1. Combine 1/2 cup jackfruit pieces and water in a non stick saucepan and cook over medium heat until the water boils
  2. Reduce heat and cook for 2-3 minutes more until the fruits soften and water is completely dried/absorbed
  3. Blend the fruit smooth in a food processor
  4. Transfer the paste in a large bowl/a saucepan to cook off completely
  5. Combine condensed milk and creme in a bowl
  6. using an electric beater(preferably), beat until the creme is thick and peaks
  7. Now add the cooled jackfruit pulp(make sure the pulp is completely cool)
  8. Beat for another 2 minutes until all the ingredients are well combined
  9. Further add the remaining chopped jackfruit pieces and mix gently by folding in the batter
  10. Transfer the Icecream batter in a box
  11. Spread evenly and tap gently before covering the box and refrigerating for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight preferably
  12. Enjoy the yummy treat topped with nuts and raisins !

My Tip:

Instead of condensed milk, 100 ml full fat milk and 200 gm castor sugar can also be used
