ABOUT FreshOrange malpua with strawberry crush RECIPE

This is a delicious desert made with loads of fruits included in them.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1cup malai
  2. 1 Cup refined flour
  3. 3/4tsp powder sugar
  4. 2tb spoon fresh orange Pulp
  5. 1cup strawberry
  6. 3/4cup sugar
  7. Pinch of salt
  8. 1tsp desi ghee

Instructions

  1. Mix malai & refined flour
  2. Mix well and beat 5-7mnts
  3. Add powdered sugar and orange Pulp in mixture
  4. Add milk as a requirement half or 1 spoon
  5. Spread ghee on non stick pan
  6. Pour batter on it and cool golden brown both of side
  7. Keep aside
  8. Chopped strawberries
  9. Take a pan add strawberries sugar and salt
  10. Add 2tb sp of water
  11. Inwhile cooking mash them
  12. After cool down
  13. Cut malpua any shape
  14. Pour strawberry & enjoy..
