Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Black currants 1/4 cup
  2. Ginger 2 inch piece
  3. Honey 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Wash the black currants.
  2. Add crushed ginger
  3. Add 4 cups water
  4. boil for 10 minutes
  5. Let it cool
  6. Strain it and grind the solid particles and strain it
  7. Serve it before breakfast
