About Mango coconut laddoos Recipe

Very easy to make and yummy preparation using fresh mangoes and dessicated coconut

Mango coconut laddoos

Ingredients to make Mango coconut laddoos

  • dessicated coconut 2cups
  • Fresh mango puree 1 cup
  • Milkmaid 1/2 tin
  • cardamom powder 2tsp

How to make Mango coconut laddoos

  1. Dry roast coconut powder on low flame for 4-5 min
  2. Add mango puree and mix.
  3. Add milkmaid and cook on a low flame till the mixture resembles a dough and starts leaving oil
  4. Remove from heat
  5. Add cardamom powder and mix well
  6. Allow to cool
  7. Form small laddoos and roll in the dessicated coconut (optional)
  8. Store in an airtight container preferably in fridge

My Tip:

You can use any type of mangoes. Add little colour if required
