Mango rabdi

Ingredients to make Mango rabdi

  • Whole milk 2l
  • 2ripe mangoes
  • 1spoon sugar
  • 1tbsp cardamom powder
  • 1/3cup chopped dry fruits
  • 1cup cream

How to make Mango rabdi

  1. First take a pan put whole milk n let it boil for 15-20 min n stirring after 5-10min.
  2. Now another side sliced ripe mango n make a smooth pulp .
  3. After half an hour milk become almost 1/3.
  4. Now add cream , chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder n sugar .
  5. Let it boil for another 10 min.
  6. Cool it completely n now add mango pulp .
  7. N freeze it for 1-2hr serve with chopped mango n dry fruits.

My Tip:

Milk mixture let it cool completely then add mango pulp otherwise its not good in taste .
