Ingredients to make Lauki ka Halwa

  • bottle gourd 1 medium size
  • 1 cup malai(full cream milk)
  • sugar 4-5 tbsp
  • cinnamon 2
  • almonds 6-7
  • ghee 4-5 tbsp

How to make Lauki ka Halwa

  1. LAUKI KA HALWA
  2. GRATE A MEDIUM SIZE BOTTLE GOURD.
  3. TAKE 6-7 ALMONDS FINELY GRATED,GHEE(4 TBSP),FULL CREAM MILK 1CUP(MALAI)
  4. FRY THE GRATED BOTTLE GOURD IN GHEE FOR 15MIN.
  5. ADD MILK,GRATED ALMONDS, CINNAMON,SUGAR AND MALAI.
  6. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND THE MOISTURE GET ABSORBED.
  7. GARNISH WITH GRATED ALMONDS.
