Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cups oats powder
  2. 1/2 cup Custard powder
  3. 1 cup powdered sugar
  4. 1 tsp baking powder
  5. 150 gms Butter
  6. 1 tsp rose essence
  7. 1/4 cup tutti fruti

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine oats powder, custard powder and baking powder. Keep aside.
  2. In another bowl beat butter and powdered sugar till creamy.
  3. Fold both the mixture till well incorporated. Add essence and tutti fruity and mix.
  4. Take the dough and roll over a parchment paper. Cover it with the same parchment paper and refrigerate for 25 mins.
  5. Preheat oven @180 degree Celsius
  6. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Cut the rolled biscuit dough in rounds with 1/2" thickness.
  7. Place it on the lined tray keeping distance of an inch.
  8. Bake for 25 mins.
  9. Once done, let the biscuits cool down.
  10. Store in an air tight container for 3 weeks. (It will vanish before :grinning:)
