Ingredients: 2 cup maize flour (makai ka atta); 1 tsp turmeric powder; 1 cup grated chesse; 1 tsp red chilli powder; 1 tsp black pepper powder; 1 tsp baking soda; 2 cup boiled potato; 1/2 cup bread crumbs; 1 tsp ginger paste; 1 tsp green chilli paste; 1 tsp chaat masala powder; Oil for frying.

This is a recipe of a delicious snack to be served with tea.

Ingredients Serving: 4

2 cup maize flour (makai ka atta)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup grated chesse
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 cup boiled potato
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp chaat masala powder
Oil for frying.

Instructions

In a bowl add boil potato and mash it then add ginger,green chilli paste,salt,and breadcrumbs and mix togethor.
In seprate bowl add maize flour ,salt,turmeric,red chilli powder ,black pepper,baking soda and by adding water make a thick paste.
Take small laddo of potato mix fill cheese in middle and then dip it in maize batter and deep fry till crisp.
Serve it with tea or coffee..
