Paneer Pudina Tikki

Ingredients to make Paneer Pudina Tikki

  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 2 chillies
  • 250 grams paneer
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot powder (arbi ka aata)
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp oil

How to make Paneer Pudina Tikki

  1. Start with fine chopping the mint leaves and chillies
  2. Grate the paneer and combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well
  3. Start giving the tikkis shape. Feel free to use moulds
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with oil.
  5. Place the tikkis on the pan and cook them until golden brown
  6. Serve hot with green chutney.
