Oat Tikki

Ingredients to make Oat Tikki

  • Boiled mashed potatoes
  • Soaked oats
  • Chopped green chilli and coriander
  • Roasted cumin powder
  • Garam masala
  • butter
  • salt to taste

How to make Oat Tikki

  1. Take a bowl, add the mashed potatoes, butter, chopped green chilli coriander, roasted cumin powder, garam masala salt and mix it together. Then make ball shapes from it and flatten it with your palms.
  2. Shallow fry these tikkis in a frying pan with butter.
  3. Serve it with chutney.
