ABOUT Dhokla with plum sauce and mango RECIPE

I made khatta dhokla and topped with plum chutney and mango.it is super yummy try it and surprise your friends and family members.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup idli batter
  2. 1/2 cup curd
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  5. 1 tsp eno fruit salt
  6. For tadka---
  7. 1 tsp oil
  8. 10 curry leaves
  9. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  10. 1 tsp yellow sarso seeds
  11. 1 tsp seasme seeds
  12. 1 chop mango
  13. Plum sauce----
  14. 1 plum chopped
  15. 1/2 green apple chopped
  16. Salt as per taste
  17. 1 tbsp sugar
  18. 1 tsp black salt
  19. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  20. 1/2 tsp pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Take idli batter add curd
  2. Add salt, baking soda,and eno
  3. Mix all of them
  4. Pour in greased dhokla plate
  5. cook in steamer for 15 min.
  6. Make tadka by adding all given ingredents
  7. Keep aside
  8. Make plum sauce by adding plum and apple in pan
  9. Add sugar and cook till soft
  10. When they become soft let them cool
  11. In a mixer churn it
  12. Add all spices and our sauce is ready
  13. Cut dhokla in desired shape
  14. Spread sauce upon them
  15. Top with mango
  16. And temper them
  17. Garnish with coriander leaves
  18. Serve these yummy mango dhoklas
