ABOUT Chocolate Chip Cookies RECIPE

My mom has been making these cookies for as long as I can remember. When I was old enough the recipe got passed down to me.

Ingredients Serving: 40

  1. 3 sticks butter softened in microwave (leave 1-2 Tbsps out)
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 2 cups brown sugar
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 2 egg yolks
  6. 4 teaspoons vanilla
  7. 4 1/4 cups flour
  8. 1 Tsp baking soda
  9. 1 Tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350. Mix flour, baking soda, salt in large bowl.
  2. In mixer bowl, add butter, both sugars, vanilla, eggs & yolks & combine.
  3. Add flour mixture to butter mixture. Stir
  4. Add chips Bake for 13 minutes
