Blue sevai rabdi

Ingredients to make Blue sevai rabdi

  • Milk- 1 litre
  • Sevai- 1 cup 
  • sugar- 2 tbsp
  • Crdamom- 6 to 7.
  • saffron to taste
  • Edible Blue colour 1 drop
  • Chopped dry fruits- 2 tbsp.

How to make Blue sevai rabdi

  1. Heat milk in a pan until it becomes creamy and half its quantity.
  2. Take another pan heat ghee add sevai and fry it.
  3. Now devide sevai into two portions
  4. Now add blue colour in one portion of sevai.
  5. Add sugar and another portion of sevai which is white in colour and heat for other five minutes.
  6. Put off the flame and add rest of the ingredients.
  7. Now take glass or bowl add 1 tsp blue sevai then add rabdi that we had prepared.
  8. Serve hot.
