About Mint :leaves: Rice Recipe

It's a flavourful rice, made with fresh mint leaves

Mint :leaves: Rice

Ingredients to make Mint :leaves: Rice

  • One cup mint leaves
  • Quarter cup coriander leaves
  • Half inch ginger
  • Four pods of garlic
  • 3 green chillies
  • One :tomato: tomato
  • One onion
  • Whole garam masala
  • One cup basmati rice
  • ghee two tbsp
  • cashews
  • One cup fresh coconut milk

How to make Mint :leaves: Rice

  1. Take a jar, add fresh mint, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chillies to a fine paste
  2. Take a pressure cooker add ghee, whole garam masala, cashews,
  3. Once cashew turns brown, add onion, grinded masala, and tomato and saute well
  4. Once the raw smell goes off, add basmati rice,
  5. Then add fresh coconut milk.. In the ratio of 2:1, one cup rice, 2 cups of coconut milk
  6. Add salt to taste
  7. Let the mixture comes to boil, close the lid, keep 2 whistles
  8. Tasty mint rice ready
